In designing this box oven for our U.S. client, we thoroughly considered their specific requirements, particularly regarding electrical supply constraints. The client specializes in baking custom automotive components. After discussions, we learned their power supply had reached maximum capacity, making them especially cautious when using high-power equipment, particularly in a single-phase environment. To meet these requirements, our engineers engaged in multiple in-depth discussions. We ultimately decided on a 240V, 50Hz single-phase power supply with 4kW heating capacity. However, the oven is equipped with 8kW heating elements, currently utilizing only 4kW. This design ensures safe operation within existing power constraints while allowing for easy heating capacity upgrades should transformer capacity increase in the future, guaranteeing flexibility during equipment use.

Beyond electrical design, we considered the dimensions of the largest automotive components the client handles. With maximum part dimensions of 2.1 meters in length and 1 meter in width, we incorporated a dual-door configuration to facilitate loading and unloading. Simultaneously, to maximize internal space and accommodate the heating equipment layout, we relocated the heating elements from the bottom to the top. This design allows American users to conveniently operate at the bottom when placing automotive parts without interference from the heating elements.

Our design team invested significant effort into this project to ensure the final solution perfectly aligned with the customer's requirements. Throughout this process, the production team also worked diligently to ensure every detail was properly addressed. We were greatly encouraged to learn that the client expressed high satisfaction with the oven design. Ultimately, the equipment was completed within the stipulated one-week production timeline and shipped smoothly to Qingdao Port on February 4, 2026. Subsequently, the oven was loaded onto a vessel bound for Houston, USA, undergoing a series of transportation processes before finally reaching the client.

Throughout the design and production journey, we consistently upheld a customer-first principle, striving to understand and fulfill their specific requirements. Through close collaboration, we gathered valuable feedback that enabled precise design refinements. Furthermore, leveraging modern manufacturing techniques and rigorous quality control processes, we ensured each oven met the highest standards in performance and safety.
Notably, during our discussions with the client, we discovered their anticipation for future expansion needs. Consequently, the oven's design not only meets current operational requirements but also incorporates forward-thinking elements to adapt to potential future changes. We therefore integrated upgradeable components into the equipment's design, enabling seamless adjustments and enhancements as the client's business evolves.
